Flynns say goodbye to Phnom Pehn

We are now finished with English Camp and started off on our own this morning by taking a bus to Seim Reap. The countryside was beautiful as we passed by many rice fields. I think it is the planting season for rice. The farmers get little  bundles of maybe 100 plants about 6 inches tall, then 6-10 people go out into the muddy fields and bend over to plant the little seedlings. In fact, one of my students (I called him Hong in another post, but that is actually his last name, his first name is Noeune, he is 27 and studying at the University) was going home for the weekend after English camp to help his father plant the rice. I told him he is a very good son. He smiled.
